Plot
Notes: This plot's time line is AU (alternate universe, which means we can change thing from what they are supposed to be to help with the plot). So Half-Blood Prince took place during 2005-2006.
Also: This Plot was made before Deathly Hallows, so none of the events in that book ever happened. You may still use information in this book, such as spells, while role-playing.
After Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts, he did not return but rather he, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger went off on a hunt for the horcruxes. With Dumbledore dead, all of the previous staff members of Hogwarts left, either to get as far away from the Death Eaters as possible or to join him.
It had been nearly a year later, Hogwarts had gone on as best as it could with Imogene Addams, the very inexperienced new headmistress, and very few members of the staff, when two figures appeared. It was Ron and Hermione, returning with the Dark Lord's wand as proof that Harry had killed him. There was one problem though, they weren't quite sure where Harry was, having been separated from him shortly after Voldemort's death.
While his location remained a mystery the wizarding world rejoiced. The dark lord was dead, the war was over. Careless Death Eaters were being rounded up quickly and everyone was at ease.
Or, so they believed. For the Death Eaters were quick to re-organize. They weren't going down quite that easily, but now all they needed was a new dark lord. But who would they use? How would they gain power?
Meanwhile, Hermione and Ron learned that Harry was in St. Mungo's, a John Doe that had been under some emotional stress since the Dark Lord's demise. After identifying him and taking careful consideration of past events and their friend's mental well-being, they decided it was best for everyone if they were to flee the country. There were too many reminders of the past. The trio's current location is not known.
The Death Eaters, knowing that they could not function without a leader, chose a new one. His name was Lukas Verzani, a recent Hogwarts graduate, skilled with a wand and an experienced killer. Many Death Eaters endorsed this decision while others opposed such a young leader. Choosing to wait until Lukas was ready to take over, his father, Kaspar, took his place. Word slowly spread throughout the wizarding world that the Death Eaters had chosen a new leader, though his name was kept quiet.
The Death Eaters continued rising to positions of power, controlling what little mind the minister of magic had and getting rid of the current incompetent headmistress at Hogwarts in favor of one of their own.
More chaos is on the way. Will Lukas Verzani's wrath pale in comparison to Voldemort's... or will Riddle's attempts start to seem like child's play?
